1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 126niceph (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features available on the 126niceph website located at 126niceph.best.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must keep your registered contact details current. If your mobile number, email address, or payment account details change, you are responsible for updating your 126niceph profile promptly. Outdated contact information may result in delayed or failed communications regarding account activity, withdrawal processing, and security alerts.

3.3 Account Currency

All 126niceph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit, betting, or withdrawal process. What you see in your wallet is the exact peso amount available to bet or withdraw.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive by 126niceph. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month after written notice has been sent to the registered email. 4. Deposits and Payments

4.3 Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. 4.4 No Deposit Fees

6. Betting Rules

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your 126niceph wallet under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement window; the bet was placed after the event's official start time; a manifest technical error affected the odds at the time of placement; or the governing body of the relevant sport declares the result void.

6.5 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority — for example the PBA for basketball, the PVL for volleyball, or PAGCOR for Sabong. In cases of dispute, 126niceph's trading team will review available evidence including official league communications and recorded footage. 126niceph's settlement decision is final for all practical purposes after the official review period, which is 30 calendar days from the event date.

6.6 Live Betting

Live in-match betting markets on 126niceph reflect real-time match conditions. There may be brief delays between actual match events and odds updates due to streaming latency. Players who knowingly exploit such delays to gain an unfair advantage will have affected bets voided and may have their accounts reviewed.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Policy

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by 126niceph

126niceph reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the platform. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, deposit, or withdraw funds until the investigation is complete.

10.2 Permanent Closure by 126niceph

Confirmed breaches of these Terms — particularly those involving fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or multi-accounting — will result in permanent account closure. Any balance remaining in a permanently closed account may be forfeited where the breach involved financial manipulation of the platform, or returned to the player via their last verified payment method minus any illegitimate gains, at 126niceph's discretion.

10.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 126niceph support at support@126niceph.best. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment account. Active wagers at the time of closure request will be settled and the result credited or adjusted to the final balance before the account is closed.

11. Limitation of Liability

126niceph provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While we maintain high standards of technical reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. 126niceph is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or platform downtime beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials

In all circumstances, 126niceph's maximum liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount of the net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
